Please know how deeply your well-being matters to me, Ventura Therapy Collective and our community. I understand and am living the same struggles that the mental health community faces every day. The challenges, the uncertainty, the unknown. The burn out.

By taking this time to care for yourself, you strengthen the foundation from which you serve. You became a provider because you are made up of something beautiful. You are a good provider because you care, are naturally a good listener, and your empathic nature is out of this world. You deserve this rest, this renewal, and this reminder that your breath can be your anchor — always guiding you back to presence, peace, and possibility.
